Hello dear readers! It’s that time of the week again when we take a moment to check in and share some of the highlights of our summer. Today, I have a few things to update you on, including a fantastic co-wash experience, some manifesting tips, and a little bit about moving on.
First up, let’s talk about the co-wash. I recently tried out a new co-wash and it has been an absolute game-changer. Co-washing, for those of you who might not be familiar, is a method of washing your hair without using shampoo. Instead, you use a conditioner to gently cleanse and nourish your locks. I have been loving the results! My hair feels softer, more manageable, and looks healthier than ever. It’s a great option for those looking to give their hair a break from the harshness of traditional shampoos.
Now, onto manifesting.Manifesting is the process of visualizing and believing in the things you want to achieve or bring into your life. It’s all about setting intentions and focusing on the positive. I’ve been doing a lot of manifesting lately, especially when it comes to my career and personal goals. I’ve been making a list of what I want to accomplish and visualizing myself achieving those things. It might sound a bit woo-woo, but trust me, it works! By focusing on the good things and believing in yourself, you can attract more of what you want into your life.
But let’s not forget about moving on. Sometimes, we need to let go of the past and move forward. This can be especially true when it comes to relationships, jobs, or other situations that might not have worked out the way we hoped. It’s important to accept what’s happened, learn from it, and then take the steps necessary to move on. This doesn’t mean forgetting about the past, but rather using those experiences to grow and become a better version of ourselves.
So, that’s my summer Friday check-in. A little bit about co-washing, manifesting, and moving on. I hope these updates inspire you to try something new, believe in yourself, and keep moving forward. Have a wonderful weekend!
Best regards,
